Eleven cuts late by the same amount is one bug, not eleven

You measure the render and every anchor is 1.28 frames late. That is not a dozen bad cuts, it is AAC encoder priming at 48kHz, and the fix is one constant. Spend the morning nudging eleven anchors instead and you bake the offset into the design — where it stays, waiting to be doubled the next time the codec changes. Telling those two apart is arithmetic, and it is the difference between an hour and a day.
